Why we ship AI into production, not into pilots

A pilot that never leaves the sandbox is a cost, not a capability. It's comfortable — low risk, low scrutiny — and it almost never changes how the business runs.

We build the other way around: production first. That means designing for real users and real data from the start, deciding early who operates the system, and putting monitoring in place before launch, not after the first incident.

It's a higher bar. It's also the only bar that matters, because value shows up when people actually use the thing every day.
